I practice in a number of areas of the law including Criminal Defence work, Administrative Appeals, Negligence law and Damage Claims, Family Law and Commercial Law. I specialise in Australian Aviation Law.

My Aviation Law work can include (in no order of volume or importance):

Inquests into aircraft accidents.

Defence of criminal proceedings for alleged breaches of Australian air laws.

Claims involving compensation or damages.

Insurance disputes.

Administrative Appeals Tribunal work for pilots and AOC holders affected by decisions of CASA.

General advice work involving subjects touching Australian aviation matters.
